I have bought numerous items from Amazon over the years and have always been very satisfied with their products and service. This is the exception. I looked forward to receiving this as I thought it would make a nice small gift for my 3 daughters. All three were messed up. The first package I opened contained an item I did not order. Puzzled I opened the 2nd one and found the chain so tangled that I could not untangle it. I then opened the third and found that not only was the chain tangled but the clasp was not on the package. The actual pendent was what I expected but the 0 for 3 in this disappointed me greatly. I finally located a number for customer service and was informed I would have to go through a very frustrating procedure to get satisfaction.
I contacted Customer Service a 2nd time after I wrote the above. The Agent I got this time was very helpful and assured me the replacements would be here the next day. I mailed the 1st package back this AM and this evening the package arrived with the replacement and they were just as advertised. Great service! Thank you Amazon for the speedy way you handled this.
